Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through this site are processed, shipped, and delivered. It applies to orders shipped within the United States as well as international orders sent to eligible destinations.
Products in this category are generally small and easy to ship, but some items may still require careful handling during packing, especially during periods of high heat, seasonal demand, or promotional volume. Fulfillment timelines may therefore vary slightly from one order to another.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed after payment has been authorized and shipping details have passed routine review. Processing normally takes place on business days only. Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays are generally reviewed on the next business day.
During major promotions, new product launches, holiday periods, inventory audits, or unusually high order volume, processing times may be longer than usual. A brief delay at the processing stage does not necessarily indicate a fulfillment problem.
If billing information cannot be verified, inventory changes before packing is completed, or the shipping address appears incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable, the order may be delayed, adjusted, or canceled.
Shipping Within the United States
Orders shipped to addresses within the United States qualify for free standard shipping.
Standard shipping is the default domestic delivery method unless another shipping option is offered at checkout. Transit times vary depending on carrier operations, destination region, weather conditions, seasonal demand, and service disruptions outside ordinary fulfillment control.
Estimated delivery windows are provided for general reference only. They are not guaranteed unless an express or time-specific service is explicitly offered and selected during checkout.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and remote delivery zones may require longer transit times even where no shipping charge applies.
Expedited Shipping
Where available, expedited shipping options may appear during checkout for eligible destinations. Additional charges apply to those services. Expedited processing does not override order review requirements, payment verification, or temporary fulfillment delays caused by high order volume.
If an expedited option is selected, the shipping timeline begins after the order has been processed and released for dispatch, not at the moment the order is placed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This includes apartment numbers, suite details, building access information, and any other information necessary for successful delivery.
If an order is delayed, returned, misdelivered, or lost because the shipping address provided by the customer was incomplete or incorrect, any resulting reshipment cost, address correction fee, or delivery issue may become the responsibility of the customer.
Once an order has entered processing or has been handed to the carrier, address changes may no longer be possible.
Carrier Delays and Delivery Conditions
Delivery timelines may be affected by weather events, transportation interruptions, labor disruptions, customs review, local delivery limitations, public holidays, or carrier scanning delays. These circumstances are outside normal operational control.
A shipment marked as delivered by the carrier may be considered completed for fulfillment purposes. If a delivered package cannot be located, customers should first check surrounding delivery areas, household members, reception desks, parcel lockers, or neighbors before contacting support.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in more than one package. This can happen when items are packed separately for protection, become available at slightly different times, or are fulfilled through different handling streams.
If an order is split, separate tracking updates may be issued for each shipment.
Undeliverable and Refused Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal at delivery, or inability of the carrier to complete the shipment, the order may be refunded after the package is returned and inspected.
Original shipping charges, return handling charges, customs-related costs, and carrier fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law and where such costs were incurred due to customer-side delivery issues.
International Shipping
This site may accept orders from selected international destinations. Availability depends on destination restrictions, carrier coverage, customs limitations, and product eligibility.
International transit times vary widely and are only estimates. Delivery may take longer than domestic shipping because of customs processing, import screening, destination-country procedures, local carrier handoff, or regional disruption.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Fees
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.
These charges are assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment may be required before delivery is completed. Customs policies differ from one country to another, and this site does not control those charges or guarantee their amount.
If an international package is refused because customs duties or import fees are not paid, any refund may be reduced by return shipping expenses, carrier surcharges, customs handling charges, and any non-recoverable fees incurred during the shipment process.
Customs Delays and Import Restrictions
International orders may be subject to customs inspections or documentation review. These procedures can delay delivery and are outside the control of this site and its shipping partners.
Customers are responsible for checking whether the products ordered are permitted in the destination country and whether local labeling, ingredient, or import restrictions apply. Orders delayed, seized, destroyed, or rejected by customs authorities due to destination-country rules are not considered fulfillment errors by this site.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products generally pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier or upon delivery to the destination, depending on the applicable law and the shipping arrangement used for the order.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights granted under applicable consumer law.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives visibly damaged, contains damaged items, or appears to be missing products, the issue should be reported as soon as possible after delivery. Photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, internal packing materials, and affected items may be requested to support review.
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if a shipment appears lost in transit, support may open a carrier review or request additional verification before issuing a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Claims submitted long after recorded delivery or without sufficient supporting information may be limited or denied where appropriate.
Shipping Restrictions
This site reserves the right to limit shipping to certain regions, refuse shipment to unsupported jurisdictions, restrict quantities, or cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled in compliance with applicable law, carrier policy, or destination-specific rules.
